  • If you are separating or divorcing, and are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and certified mediator to settle disputes outside of Court, we welcome you to reach out to our office. 

    Family law mediation enables both sides to productively address and effectively reach a custom-made comprehensive agreement on issues including but not necessarily limited to parenting, child support, spousal support, and division of assets/debts. In contrast to litigation, mediation allows you and your ex to maintain control over the timing and costs. While both parties must mutually agree to engage in the mediation process, settlement is oftentimes reached quicker compared to the litigation process. 

  • Although we primarily assist clients with their legal matter from start to finish, the option of ‘limited scope retainer’, or what is often referred to and also known as ‘unbundled legal services’ are available.
